Entries are now being accepted for the Tattersalls Ireland Ascot August Sale to be held on Tuesday 22 August at 10.30am.
Last year's sale saw increases across the board with a 30% rise in the aggregate and a 13% increase in the average with prices up to £60,000 and £42,000 for Horses In Training and well bred fillies.
The 2016 Ascot August Sale has already produced 26 winners of 50 races with Deauville Crystal purchased by Nigel Hawke from the Godolphin draft for £28,000 being the subsequent winner of 3 hurdle races for her new connections. Champion Irish Point to Pointer Ourmanmassini was also purchased out of last year's sale by Compas Equine for £3,200.
This year's August Sale has already attracted a strong entry and will provide the perfect platform to offer;
