Tattersalls Ireland graduate, Snow Fairy put in an impressive performance under jockey Ryan Moore to land the Group 1 Darley Irish Oaks and in turn complete an Oaks Double. The daughter of Intikhab secured the race to win by eight lengths from nearest rival Miss Jean Brodie.

Tattersalls Ireland graduates have enjoyed recent Group 1 success with Dick Turpin winning the Group 1 Prix Jean Prat at Chantilly and Music Show winning the Group 1 Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket’s July meeting.

Snow Fairy was knocked down to BBA Ireland for a mere €1,800 at the 2008 December Breeders Flat Sale.
