Group Double for Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sale graduates

Al Rayyan Racecourse, Doha provided the prestigious venue for MR SCARAMANGA and IZZTHATRIGHT victories at the weekend.

MR SCARAMANGA put in an impressive display to win the Group 2 Al Biddah Mile by three-quarters of a length. The three-year-old colt was purchased by Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock at the 2015 September Yearling Sale from Ballybin Stud for €78,000. 

The five-year-old colt, IZZTHATRIGHT won the first race of the day, the Group 3 Dukhan Sprint for trainer Jassim Al Ghazali.  IZZTHATRIGHT was purchased by Nigel Tinkler Bloodstock for €4,000 at the 2013 September Yearling Sale from Woodtown House Stud.
