More Grade 1 success at Aintree for Tattersalls Ireland

On a day when Tattersalls Cheltenham graduate TIGER ROLL wrote himself into the history books by winning back to back Grand Nationals, Tattersalls Ireland graduates continued to outperform on the biggest stage landing two of the races on offer on the final day of the Aintree Grand National Festival.

In the Grade 1 Mersey Novices' Hurdle, Colin Tizzard's RESERVE TANK got into a fine rhythm throughout the race and landed the biggest success of his fledgling career. RESERVE TANK, owned by The Reserve Tankers, was sold at the 2014 November NH Sale by Vinesgrove Stud to John Coffey for €18,000.

The Grade 3 Betway Handicap Chase went to Ben Pauling's KILDISART who relished the step up in trip and jumped impressively to win the contest for Simon Munir and Isaac Souede. KILDISART was sold at the 2012 November NH Sale by Rathbarry Stud to Ballymaley Farm for €4,200.
