The Ellen Doyle-trained POINTOFDIFFERNCE is the latest winning four-year-old to receive an entry in this month’s May Point-to-Point and Horses in Training Sale. The son of Crystal Ocean created a huge impression at Bartlemy last weekend where he spreadeagled his rivals, jumping with accuracy and quickening clear for a four-and-a-half length victory. He hails from a strong Sir Evelyn De Rothchild family, with his dam Rosika being a regular stakes level performer, who was listed placed on three occasions, and finished second in the 2010 Ebor. His siblings include four-time winner Dubka, who was second in the Group 3 Lillie Langtry Stakes, and Soffika who was a 92-rated stakes level performer. Pointofdifference joins four-year-old maiden winners EMBRACE THE DAY, FOUR SPRINGS, CRYSTAL DU BERLAIS and NOVA NAKO, all of whom were confirmed for this month’s sale earlier this week. The sale will include a Horses in Training section that will feature 152-rated chase JOURNEY WITH ME and dual Grade 2 winner ASPIRE TOWER. Entries remain open for the May Point-to-Point and Horses in Training Sale which takes place on 29th May.
