AGGREGATE UP 40% AT DERBY SALE

In total, seven horses made over €100,000 on Day 2, the next best price being €145,000 given for another son of King’s Theatre. Over the two days, 13 horses made six-figure sums, four of which were by King’s Theatre, with six being by Presenting. Westerner, Milan and Alderbrook were the other three sires to get lots over €100,000. Gatterstown Stud, consignor of the top lot, was the leading vendor by aggregate (four sold for a total of €416,000), while Highflyer was leading buyer by aggregate (13 bought for €599,000), followed by Potts who bought three for €478,000.
