At the conclusion of Part II of the Derby Sale, Managing Director Roger Casey commented;

"Following on from such a strong renewal of The Derby Sale earlier in the week it is immensely satisfying to also have witnessed such vibrant trade from start to finish of Part II with a healthy average of €15,760 and median of €14,000 and a robust clearance rate of 81%. Our vendors have been very supportive of this additional shop window in Derby Sale week and they have certainly been rewarded with the brisk demand and quantity of purchasers on site throughout the day, attracted no doubt by the quality of stock on offer and the opportunity to be part of The €100,000 Tattersalls Ireland George Mernagh Memorial Sales Bumper in 2016. We would like to thank everybody involved in making today such a successful sale and we now look forward to our August Sale commencing on August 11th 2015."
