Queen Mother Championship Chase star Energumene put in a brilliant performance on his return to secure a second Grade 2 Hilly Way Chase for Willie Mullins and Tony Bloom. The eight-year-old kicked off last season winning this race before finishing a mighty second to fellow Derby Sale graduate Shishkin in the Clarence House Chase. He then went on to win at the Cheltenham Festival providing Willie Mullins with his first Champion Chase success and followed up with another Grade 1 victory at Punchestown. 

Energumene was sold at the Derby Sale for €50,000 by Moanmore Stables to Tom Lacey. 

Impervious winning the Grade 2 Mares Novice Chase

Impervious maintained her unbeaten record over fences with a cosy victory in the Grade 2 Mares Novice Chase for Colm Murphy and Paul McKeon. 

The six-year-old by Shantou was sold at the Derby Sale for €26,000 by Peel Bloodstock to the trainer Colm Murphy, also sold at the November National Hunt Sale for €4,000 by Creedons Lodge. 

Hiddenvalley Lake winning the Grade 3 Stayers Novice Hurdle

Hiddenvalley Lake powered home under Rachael Blackmore to land the Grade 3 Stayers Novice Hurdle for Henry de Bromhead and Robcour. 

The son of Sholokhov was sold by Ashwood Stud at the November National Hunt Sale to Castleboy Farm for €28,000. He was offered at the Derby Sale before selling at the Cheltenham December Sale for £200,000.
