The unbeaten ZIHBA produced a smart performance to win the Group 3 Amethyst Stakes on only his third outing, his first on grass and the only three-year-old to line up in this company. Trainer Fozzy Stack confirmed after the race that the Irish 2,000 Guineas is now on the cards. WHO’S STEPH, who was snapped by up by owner George Strawbridge after winning the Priory Belle 1,000 Guineas Trial, produced another eye-catching performance and confirmed herself as a very smart filly when winning the Group 3 Derrinstown Stud 1,000 Guineas Trial for trainer Ger Lyons who revealed after her victory that she would now be supplemented for the Irish 1,000 Guineas.
