Helvic Dream romps home to win the G3 International Stakes

The Noel Meade-trained Helvic Dream, opened his stakes account with a seven and a half-length romp in the Group 3 International Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday.

Meade said afterwards: "I thought he was good all year but things just haven't gone right for him with one thing and another. I don't know where he will go next, and there is the possibility we could travel with him. He'll stick to Stakes races now.

The three year old gelding by Power was purchased for €12,000 by Peter Nolan Bloodstock from Portlester Stud at the 2018 Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sale.
