Royal Ascot glory for Tattersalls Ireland graduates

Claymore strode to victory in the Group 3 Hampton Court Stakes on Day three of Royal Ascot. Claymore was Jane Chapple-Hyam's second winner of the week and stormed home to deny the favourite under Adam Kirby for owner Mrs Mary Slack.

The son of New Bay was sold at the Tattersalls Ireland Goresbridge Breeze Up Sale for £10,000 by Ardglas Stables to Mutlaq Menahi Almutairi in 2021. 

Latin Lover powered past a massive 27-horse field to take the Palace of Holyroodhouse Stakes giving trainer Harry Eustace his first Royal Ascot winner. The son of Starspangledbanner was ridden by Hayley Turner for owners Candour House and partner. 

Latin Lover was sold at the September Yearling Sale for £21,000 by Glenvale Stud to De Burgh Equine in 2020.
