TRIO OF GRADE 1 WINS FOR TATTERSALLS IRELAND GRADUATES
The Grade 1 Spring Juvenile Hurdle was won in impressive style by the Dessie Hughes trained OUR CONOR for the Man About Town Syndicate. Sold at the 2010 September Yearling Sale by Gerrardstown House Stud to Noel Hayes for €4,500, the son of Jeremy has now been cut to 7/1 for the Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
Derby Sale graduate and double Irish and UK Champion Bumper winner in 2012, CHAMPAGNE FEVER returned to his best when winning the Grade 1 Deloitte Novice Hurdle for Willie Mullins and Mrs. S Ricci. The son of Stowaway was sold at the 2010 Derby Sale by Smithstown Stud for €17,000 to Michael O’Mara.
In an exciting finish of the Grade 1 Dr. PJ Moriarty Novice Chase, the Willie Mullins trained BOSTON BOB passed the line in front to claim the title for owners Graham and Andrea Wylie. BOSTON BOB was sold at the 2005 November National Hunt Sale by his breeders Burgage Stud for €20,000 to Killadoon Stud.
