Derby Sale 2026: John and Tom Hore look ahead to this month’s Derby Sale

The Hore family’s Mount Eaton Stud have consigned some high achieving stores at the Derby Sale, among them the recent Irish Grand National winner Soldier In Milan, dual Grade 1 bumper winner Cousin Vinny, and Royal Ascot winner Pique Sous.

Robert Hall went to meet the family at their Wexford base, and they looked back on fond memories from the Derby Sale, while also looking ahead to offering seven horses across the opening two days of the 2026 Derby Sale, and seven in Part II.
