2026 Catalogue

A total of 577 lots are catalogued and includes siblings to a number of Grade 1 winners, including the Grade 1 Supreme Novices’ Hurdle winner Old Park Star. Also catalogued is a half-sister to the Tolworth Hurdle winner Tahmuras, a half-sister to the Grade 1 winning chaser Ballycasey, and a half-brother to the dual Grade 2 winner Lookaway.

Almost 60 of those catalogued were originally entered in select store sales earlier in the summer, and these horses are sure to inject added interest to the sale.

Maiden Success Between The Flags

The 2026 season saw nine graduates of last year’s sale win maidens on debut, and quite a few sold for sizeable sums at boutique sales. True To My Word, Night League, Harzwood, All Noise, and Kiss Rose were graduates that sold for six figure sums during the spring.

MSL Mercedes-Benz Sales Bumper

All horses catalogued and offered at the 2026 August National Hunt Sale are eligible for the €100,000 Tattersalls Ireland MSL Mercedes-Benz Sales Bumper, which will be run at the Leopardstown Christmas Festival. The vendor of the winning horse will drive away in a brand-new Mercedes-Benz GLC.
